Lo conferma lo studio <em>IDC Worldwide Quarterly Storage Software QView,<\/em> pubblicato a marzo 2012. La crescita di EMC ha superato quella complessiva del mercato ed ha permesso all\u2019azienda di guadagnare quote di mercato sia nel quarto trimestre sia nell\u2019intero 2011. Questo annuncio segue la recente conferma di EMC come fornitore leader per fatturato di sistemi storage a dischi esterni, per il quindicesimo anno consecutivo, certificata dallo studio <em>IDC Worldwide Quarterly Disk Storage Systems Tracker<\/em>, di marzo 2012.<\/p>\n<p>EMC si \u00e8 confermata al primo posto nel settore del software storage, con il 41.6% di market share, ossia con un incremento di 10,5 punti rispetto al 2011. Anche il fatturato derivante dal software di infrastruttura storage di EMC ha visto un aumento arrivando al 52,5%.
